Alien is one of James Cameron's finest, and it was released in 1979. This science ficiton horror stars Sigourney Weaver as a kick ass female astronaut, who doesn't hold back when she's tracking an alien on board the ship. The alien is one of the creepiest characters I've ever seen in a horror film. This one is a true classic.
