David Fincher's film, Seven, was released in 1995 and stars Brad Pitt, Morgan Freeman, Kevin Spacey, and Gwyneth Paltrow. When a young married couple, played by Paltrow and Pitt, move to New York City, their life begins to fall apart. Pitt and Freeman are detectives who get wrapped up in a series of bizarre murders centering around the seven deadly sins. Spacey's performance as the sadistic killer is phenomenal, and the Freeman/Pitt combo is fantastic. This is one of my all time favorites.
